Most gutter problems are small until they aren't. We repair leaks, sags, and storm damage before water finds your fascia, siding, or foundation.
The service
A dripping seam or a low spot that holds water looks harmless from the driveway. Give it two Colorado winters and you're looking at rotted fascia, stained siding, and a soaked foundation grade. The economics are simple: a same-week repair costs a fraction of what deferred water damage does.
We handle the full repair list — resealing separated seams and end caps, re-pitching runs that hold water, replacing crushed or hail-dented sections, refastening gutters that have pulled from the fascia, and reattaching downspouts. Every repair visit ends with a straight assessment: what we fixed, what to watch, and whether the system has real life left. If replacement is genuinely the better spend, we'll say so and show you why.
Colorado note
The Front Range sits in one of the most active hail corridors in the country. After a storm, dented gutters are often the visible tip of roof-edge damage. We document everything with photos and measurements, and we're happy to coordinate with your insurance adjuster — without inventing damage that isn't there.
Scope
Choices
Seams, end caps, and outlets cleaned, dried, and resealed with commercial-grade sealant rated for temperature swings.
Sagging runs pulled back to line, new hidden hangers into solid wood, and slope reset so water actually reaches the downspouts.
Damaged sections replaced and color-matched, with photo documentation you can hand to your insurance adjuster.
How we work
Good questions
If the trouble is localized — a few seams, one sagging run, a detached downspout — repair is the right money. If the system is spike-fastened, rusting, dented across multiple planes, or leaking at every joint, replacement usually costs less than chasing repairs for years. We'll give you both numbers and our honest read.
Clean-but-overflowing usually means undersized troughs, too few downspouts, or a pitch problem that ponds water mid-run. Occasionally it's a valley concentrating two roof planes into one short section. We diagnose which one it is before recommending anything.
Cosmetic dents don't affect performance and can be left alone. Dents that crease the trough, crush the profile, or open seams compromise flow and should be replaced section by section — which we color-match so the patchwork doesn't show.
Active leaks over doors, walkways, or foundations get priority scheduling — typically within a few business days, faster after major storms when we run extended crews. Call and tell us where the water's going; we triage accordingly.
