Partner with Peak Elevation Exteriors
We run a tight, accountable exterior crew across the Front Range. When volume spikes or a specialty scope needs an extra set of hands, we reach out to vetted trade partners — not a revolving door of strangers.
Why we ask
Overflow help, not a dispatch desk.
Peak Elevation Exteriors is not a dispatch hub. Most work is performed by our own crew. That said, seasonal demand, stacked schedules, and specialty scopes sometimes call for trusted subcontractors who already know Colorado jobsites.
If you run a licensed trade company in our service area and want to be considered when a project fits your specialty, submit the form below. We review every inquiry and contact you when there is a genuine match — not a blanket "we're hiring" blast.

The bar
What we expect from trade partners.
Licensed & insured where required
Colorado trades that require licensing or insurance must carry current documentation. Submitting the form is an acknowledgment that you maintain coverage appropriate to your trade — we verify credentials before anyone steps on a Peak job.
Peak finish standard
Our name stays on the job. Subs we call back protect the site, follow the written scope, and communicate daily — the same bar we hold our own crew to.
Denver metro + mountain corridor
Most work sits within roughly 100 miles of Denver — metro suburbs through the I-70 corridor and selected Summit County jobs. Your service area should overlap where we actually build.
Honest capacity
We'd rather know your real crew size and lead time than hear "we can do anything tomorrow." Overflow partnerships work when scheduling expectations match reality.
How it works
Three steps — no mystery pipeline.
Submit your interest
Tell us your company, trade, service area, and what your crew does best. Takes about two minutes.
We review fit
Peak leadership reviews trade mix, geography, and current workload — not every inquiry matches active need.

If a scope aligns, we'll reach out with job details, scheduling, and paperwork. No spam list, no mass blast.

Good questions
Subcontractor questions, answered straight
Is Peak Elevation Exteriors always looking for subcontractors?
No. We perform most work in-house. We maintain a short list of trade partners for overflow, stacked schedules, and specialty scopes. Submitting the form puts you in consideration — it is not an open call for constant work.
What trades do you subcontract most often?
Gutters, siding, soffit and fascia, exterior painting, drywall, decks, and roof-edge coordination are the most common. Other exterior specialties are considered case by case.
Do I need to be licensed in Colorado?
If your trade requires a Colorado license or insurance, you must maintain current documentation. We verify credentials before assigning field work. The form includes an acknowledgment — not a substitute for sending proof when we ask.
How quickly will I hear back?
We review submissions as they arrive. If there is no active need in your trade or area, you may not hear back immediately. We contact partners when a specific project fits — not on a fixed timetable.
Is this the same form as a homeowner estimate?
No. Homeowners should use our free estimate form. This page is for trade companies and subcontractor inquiries only.
